- Restrictions
- Children in elementary school and younger must be accompanied by a guardian, and middle school students to minors require parental consent to participate.
- Individuals with a history of epilepsy, heart disease, or those who are pregnant (including those who may be pregnant) cannot participate.
- What to Bring
- Please bring clothes and shoes that can get wet, a drink (such as a water bottle), a change of clothes, and a towel.

- For safety, wearing a life jacket during SUP is mandatory.
